Is God a Delusion?

Debate with Dr. William Lane Craig vs. Bill Cooke

  1. Lol - straight off the bat WCL jumps to the strawman that God can't be a delusion because you can't prove he doesn't exist.

Does that mean that if I believe in UFO's and alien abductions that I am not delusional?

No, the reality is that a statement can be the result of a delusion if you don't know (or have good evidence) for believing it to be true.

Of course, theists are biased in this regard. Atheists don't have any vested interest in the existence of God.
